QUALITY AND SECURITY
At the heart of our activity
Quality and Safety Policy
Our policy establishes the company’s general goals and develops a strategy to achieve them, both in terms of external needs (improving the performance of products/services, customer satisfaction, socio-economic issues) and internal needs (employee health and safety, reducing non-conformities).
Since our foundation, we have built an organisation that pays attention to every detail, including reducing the impact of our activities on the environment and the risks associated with their implementation.
At the beginning of the year, each subsidiary reviews its QHSE policy and sets annual targets. Management communicates these objectives to its employees, who are committed to accomplishing them.
Our objectives
- Satisfy our clients' needs, including regulatory requirements applicable to each industrial site
- Continuously improve the efficiency of the management system
- Reduce costs by eliminating internal non-conformities (including those caused by external suppliers)
- Maintain individual accountability of resources by giving value to the work done at both the managerial and employee levels
- Regularly monitor resource consumption to obtain optimisation
- Continually update the risks highlighted in the single risk assessment document
- Improve and prevent chemical risks by managing activities (i.e., liquid discharges, atmospheric emissions…) in a controlled manner
- Place high priority consideration on environmental and safety matters
Our commitments
